Arthritis and osteoporosis(amongst other things) are destined for all of us. The ones who suffer are the ones who don't take action. Lots of over 60's turn to Yoga, pilates, running but the science is clear, nothing works better than weight training. For better joint health, bone density, reduced arthritis and pain you must choose weight training.
